I can’t believe we are already 6 months into 2020, what a year it has already been! A lot of changes in the world, a lot that has been brought to light, and a lot of unknowns. But there has also been a lot of togetherness, communities brought together and families brought together. In this time of uncertainty and unrest, I hope you can find some peace in knowing you are doing the best you can, even if you are not accomplishing all you want or baking bread everyday or starting a business. Take care of yourself, find rest, practice self care, love yourself in this present moment, reach out to others. These are not easy times that we are living in, we are all living through this together, reach out if you need someone to listen, I am always available.
With being six months since I started my intentions, I just wanted let you all in on my progress for 2020. For those of you who didn’t read my post back in January, I came up with 53 intentions or “goals” for 2020. Now 6 months later, I have fully accomplished a couple, in the middle of a lot, and had to move some to next year due to the nature of them and the concerns related to this virus, so without further ado, I present my progress note:

Give back:
16. I made purses and bags of hygiene products that I would like to give out to those in need (at least 5)

44. To help with number 43, I want to try to once or twice a month, take myself out on a date, trying something different that I didn’t like before
Educational/brain stimulating
✅ 45. Visit at least three- seven different different churches, temples, other religious services to learn a bit about how different religions worship
⚠️ 46. I want to read at least 7 books (not including textbooks/schoolbooks) I normally can read more but with school and work, it can be hard to find time.

🚫 53. The army booth has prizes depending on how many push ups each gender can do at the Eric county fair, last year I did 20 (they weren’t perfect form but i would say okay) I want to beat that record
